Our 2nd Anniversary!

Elliot and I can't believe that we've been married for two years...or that we already have a baby! Crazy stuff! We are still madly in love though and look forward to the years to come! Elliot's response to me photo shopping his head onto McDreamy's body was to photo shop our cat Moo's head (in her rooster costume) onto my body. Hmmm...touché.
Anyway, two years ago we did have a beautiful wedding that you can kinda see from that picture!
Here is the "I heart you" french toast I made Elliot for breakfast. We also got massages, went out to brunch and went hiking near Flagstaff. Here's Elliot testing the water in the freezing cold mountain lake that he ended up jumping into. That crazy kid!
Here's Lindsey and me enjoying not jumping into the freezing cold lake!
It was a beautiful lake though! We had a great time hiking around. Lindsey loves walking around in her snuggly carrier.
It tuckered her out though!

I love my little family!

Lot's of eye candy!

Cute and surprised!
Lindsey is finally starting to enjoy bath time. She is so sweet and snuggly after I get her out of the tub. I love it!
It's that time of year again...
The time of year to watch the scandalously wonderful Grey's Anatomy. Kelli, Betsy and I got together Friday to watch Patrick Dempsey's latest movie "Made of Honor" and anticipate the upcoming season of McDreamyness! Here is the cake I made for the occasion.
Dr. Shepherd doesn't hold a candle to my McDreamy husband though!

California!

We made a quick trip to CA for little Courtney's blessing! It was so fun to meet Courtney and introduce Lindsey to the Geurts Family! We took Lindsey to the beach too! It wasn't very sunny but we still had fun.

Beach baby in training!
This beach is pretty special because it is where Elliot and I first said "I love you" to each other. What a perfect place to spend an afternoon with the two loves of my life!

Cousin Courtney and Lindsey hanging out
Courtney in her beautiful blessing dress. So cute!
Our happy little family!
Lindsey LOVES her Aunt Kelli!

Little Lignell Ladies

I am so excited that Lindsey has two little cousins so close to her age! I think these three little girlys are going to have lots of fun together! Here are pictures of all of them when they were only a day old!

Sleeping and Swimming!

Great news everyone! Lindsey is sleeping through the night! She has given me 6 uninterrupted hours of precious shut eye every night this week! Let's hope she keeps it up!
She has always been a good sleeper tho. Look at those cute rolls!Betsy invited us over to her house for lunch and swimming a couple days ago. Kelli and Blake were there too and Kelli helped by filming one of Lindsey's first swims. Unfortunately, Lindsey was NOT in the mood to swim that afternoon. Here is a picture of her screaming and me discovering that this girl knows how to rage! Poor baby. She has been swimming a couple other times and loved it tho!

Crazy Lignell Fun!

She is so sassy!
Last week we had to take one of the cars to get some repairs done. The closest Suzuki dealership is 47 miles away and Lindsey wasn't up for the drive there and back that day so rather than reschedule our car maintenance Elliot took his mountain bike, dropped the car off and then biked all the way home...47 miles in the middle of an arizona monsoon! Here is a pic of him as he got home soaked and exhausted!
Brady and Carol came to AZ for the labor day weekend! We had a lot of fun going out to eat and playing Wii. Carol's Dr. Mario skills are amazing and yes...Brady is putting tin foil around my cat. Good times.
We had to give our kitty's baths and it was so sad but the pictures are sooo funny! This is little Harry.
And this is mad Moo.
Here they are clean and content.Lindsey got her 2 month shots and it was traumatic. You can see the little band aides on her poor little legs (kinda).
